At Orli Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all jewellery is returned in its original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the jewellery securely in its original Orli gift box and use protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code and drop off your parcel at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
