How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is free on all orders over $75. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
